End User License Agreement (EULA) for XCSS Compiler
1. Definitions
- “XCSS”: The software tool, including its binary, documentation, and associated materials.
- “We” | “Us”: Vyshnav Prasad, git@github.com:yshelldev, the licensor.
- “You”: The individual or entity using XCSS.
2. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and use the Preview Package of XCSS free of charge during the preview period.
- Integrate XCSS into your development tools and build processes solely for evaluation and testing.
Any attempt to bypass or extend the preview period restrictions without authorization is prohibited and constitutes a violation of this Agreement.
3. Ownership and Copyright
XCSS and all intellectual property rights worldwide related to it remain exclusively owned by Us. No ownership or rights are transferred except as expressly granted in this Agreement.
4. Restrictions
You may not, without explicit prior written consent from Us:
- Copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the source code or binaries.
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or attempt to discover the source code.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
5. Community and Contributions
During the preview period, You are encouraged to:
- Provide feedback, ideas, and sample projects via GitHub issues or discussions.
- Experiment with integrating XCSS in your projects and share your experiences.
- Contributions to the source repository are not expected at this stage; you may fork the repository to create derivative works.
6. Tools Powered by XCSS
If You plan to create public or commercial tools or applications powered by XCSS, You must enter into a written agreement with Us before development or distribution. Contact us at xcss@yshell.dev for contract discussions.
7. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all non-public information of XCSS Compiler, including source code, algorithms, methodologies, and implementation details.
8. No Warranty
XCSS is provided “AS IS” without warranties, express or implied. Real-time features are experimental and may change post-preview.
9. Updates and Support
Updates during the preview period are at Our discretion. Support is provided through community channels such as GitHub.

This EULA represents a binding legal agreement between You and Us regarding your use of XCSS during its preview period. By downloading, installing, or using XCSS, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
